Submissions
Every time someone completes one of your forms, a submission is created. Submissions hold all the data your patients or clients entered, any files they uploaded, and the generated PDF/CSV records. HIPAAtizer stores submissions securely in your HIPAA-compliant dashboard, where you can review, reply, export, or route them through follow-up workflows.
Where to Find Submissions
There are two places to view submissions, and both draw from the same underlying data.
- Inbox: A centralized view of all incoming submissions and patient secure messages across every form. Best for day-to-day triage, replying to patients, and tracking processing status.
- My Forms → Submissions: A per-form view showing only submissions for a single form, with customizable columns. Best for reviewing, filtering, and exporting data for one specific form.
What You Can Do with Submissions
- Review submission details, generated PDFs, and uploaded attachments
- Mark submissions as read, in-progress, or completed
- Reply to patients through secure messaging
- Return a submission to the patient so they can correct or complete it
- Export submissions to CSV or download PDFs in bulk
- Apply tags, assign recipients, and configure post-submission actions
- Route submissions to integrations like Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Sheets, or your EHR
