Notifications
When someone submits a form, HIPAAtizer can send emails in two directions: to your team, and to the respondent who filled out the form. These are configured per form, under the form's Settings.
To your team:
- Submission Recipients — choose which team members get notified for each form, with optional conditional logic per recipient.
- Email Notifications — attach a password-protected PDF of the submission to the team notification email.
To the respondent:
- Send Copy to Respondent — automatically email a customizable confirmation (subject, body, variables, optional attachment) to the person who just submitted the form.
- Success Page → Send PDF to Submitter — let the respondent receive a password-protected PDF copy of their own submission.
