Team

The Team section allows you to grant access to your HIPAAtizer dashboard to other users in your organization. Roles help define what each team member can see and do within the account.

Invite Team Members​

Depending on your account type, you can invite the following roles:

Covered Entity Accounts​

Covered Entity accounts can invite users with these roles:

  • Security Officer – Manages security-related settings and compliance.
  • Assistant – Handles form submissions and communications.
  • Developer – Builds and maintains forms, integrations, and workflows.

Free Sandbox Accounts​

Sandbox accounts are designed for development and testing purposes. They can invite other Developers to collaborate on form building and API integration.
