Accelerated Package Activation (End Free Trial Early)
This article applies to Covered Entity (CE) accounts.
If you’d like to end your free trial early and unlock the full capabilities of your HIPAAtizer account - including access to more form submissions - follow these steps:
Select Your Package
From your HIPAAtizer dashboard, locate the yellow banner below the top navigation bar. Click Explore our subscription packages.
Choose the subscription package that best fits your needs and click Select and Continue.
Enter Your Billing Address
On the Billing Info page, provide your billing address and click Save.
Enter Your Credit Card Details
A secure Stripe pop-up will appear. Enter your credit card information and click Save.
Confirm Conversion to Paid Account
You’ll be prompted to confirm early termination of the free trial. Click Yes and then Continue.
View Your Subscription Details
Your account is now active and on a paid plan.

To view your current subscription, go to: My Profile → Subscription

To update your billing info, go to: My Profile → Billing Info
💡 You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription tab.
