How the Bubble and HIPAAtizer integration work
The HIPAAtizer for Bubble plugin works by creating an iframe that integrates within the Bubble app to collect PHI from Patients.
The HIPAAtizer form embedded in the Bubble app bypasses any Bubble or local servers ensuring that data collected in the app is encrypted at collection and transmission.
The PHI is then stored in HIPAAtizer’s HIPAA-Compliant servers and fully accessible to any authorized user at the healthcare provider via an encrypted PDF email or via the HIPAAtizer dashboard. HIPAAtizer provides full HIPAA-Compliant access controls, security, privacy and technical safeguards and the necessary audit logs to fully track who has accessed the PHI.

Once your form is ready, install the HIPAAtizer HIPAA-Compliant Forms plugin from the Bubble.io Plugin Marketplace.

To configure the plugin, go to your HIPAAtizer My Forms dashboard, identify the form you’d like to integrate with your Bubble account and navigate to that form’s Form Settings > Integrations > Bubble.io.
You’ll find the required Form ID parameter here, along with recommended settings to customize display preferences.
