Locations

The HIPAAtizer platform allows you to configure multiple Locations within a single Covered Entity account. This is especially useful for organizations with multiple departments, clinics, or physical offices — and is important for managing access, visibility, and HIPAA compliance.

Locations enable you to control:

  • Which form submissions are visible to specific team members
  • Which team members have access to certain forms
  • How submissions are routed based on doctor, department, or organizational structure
Availability & Billing

The Locations feature is available as an add-on to your subscription and is charged per Location.

You can purchase and manage Locations from your Profile Settings → Locations section.

Use Case Examples

  • A clinic with multiple physicians can create one Location per doctor and route submissions accordingly.
  • A multi-site practice can assign forms and staff to each physical office.
  • A central billing department can be given access to All Locations, while receptionists or assistants are limited to their own.
